1. Free Cancellation Period
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of registration, regardless of travel date.
2. Cancellation After 48 Hours
- If cancelled after the 48-hour window but more than 30 days before departure, 50% of the total trip amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Departure
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Eden’s Garden Travels
- If Eden’s Garden Travels cancels a reservation for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- This includes cancellations due to force majeure events.
